Roof Repair Services
(801) 232-5823
Find the Leak. Fix It Right. Stop Paying Twice.
A water stain on the ceiling is rarely where the leak starts. Water runs along rafters and decking before it shows up inside, which is why so many quick patches fail. Our roof repair service starts with finding the actual source, then fixing it with materials that match your roof.
Roof Repairs We Handle Every Week
- Roof leaks around chimneys, skylights, vents, and walls
- Missing, cracked, or wind-lifted shingles
- Failed flashing and cracked pipe boots
- Ice dam damage along the eaves after a hard winter
- Hail and wind damage (see storm damage repair)
- Leaks on flat and low-slope roofs, including TPO
- Bad repairs left behind by another company
Emergency Roof Repair, 24/7
Storms don’t wait for business hours. If water is coming in, call (801) 232-5823. We’ll tarp or temporarily seal the problem area to stop more damage, then come back to make the permanent repair once the weather allows.
Honest About Repair vs. Replacement
Most roof repairs run between $300 and $1,500, depending on the damage, materials, and roof access. If your roof is near the end of its life and repairs are just delaying the inevitable, we’ll show you the photos and explain why. When a roof replacement makes more sense, we’ll say so, and when it doesn’t, we won’t push it.
Every repair is done by our own certified crew, the same people who install GAF, Owens Corning, CertainTeed, and TAMKO roofing systems. We match shingles as closely as possible, seal and flash to manufacturer standards, and photograph the work so you can see what was done.

Common Questions
Roof Repair FAQs
How much does roof repair cost?
Most roof repairs cost between $300 and $1,500. A few replaced shingles or a new pipe boot is on the low end. Flashing rebuilds, valley repairs, and deck replacement cost more. We give you a firm price before any work starts.
Do you offer emergency roof repair?
Yes. We offer 24/7 emergency roof service across Salt Lake County and Utah County. If water is coming in, we’ll tarp or temporarily seal the area first, then schedule the permanent repair.
How fast can you fix my roof?
Emergency calls are typically handled the same or next day. Standard repairs are usually completed within one to three business days, depending on weather and materials.
Why does my roof leak only during heavy rain or snowmelt?
Leaks that only show up in heavy rain or snowmelt usually come from flashing, valleys, or ice dams pushing water under shingles at the eaves. These are some of the most common repairs we make in Utah.
Can you match my existing shingles?
In most cases, yes. We match the brand, style, and color as closely as possible. Older or discontinued shingles can be hard to match exactly, and we’ll show you the closest options before we start.
Is it better to repair or replace my roof?
If damage is limited and the roof has years left, repair is usually the smart move. If the roof is 20 or more years old, leaks keep showing up in new places, or damage is widespread, replacement often costs less over time. We’ll give you an honest recommendation either way.
Will insurance cover my roof repair?
Sudden damage from hail, wind, or a fallen tree is often covered. Normal wear and age usually aren’t. We document storm damage with photos and work with your insurance company, but we can’t guarantee coverage.
Do you repair flat and TPO roofs?
Yes. We repair TPO, membrane, and other flat and low-slope roofs on homes and commercial buildings, including seam failures, punctures, and ponding problems.
Can you fix a repair another roofer did wrong?
Yes. We see this often. We’ll find what was missed or covered up and repair it properly.
Do you warranty roof repairs?
Yes. We stand behind our repair work. Coverage depends on the type of repair and the condition of the roof, and we’ll explain it in writing before we start.
